Pre-sales and shipping questions
Orders over $49 shipped within the 48 USA will ship for free. The shipping estimate is stated on the product page and shopping cart pages. Expedited shipping methods are available at checkout before your place your order or provide payment.
Yes, we ship to most countries! We are expert shippers internationally, especially to Canada where we provide up front, transparent shipping costs with taxes and duties included at the time your order is placed. For more information, please see our International shipping page .
The available shipping methods and speeds vary by the ship to location, but all available shipping speeds during checkout, before you enter payment information. Simply start checkout and add your ship to location to get a quote with no obligation to purchase. Our shipping p]olicy page has additional details.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, as well as special financing methods such as Affirm, PayPal Credit and Acima for those looking to installment plans, financing, or lease-to-own. Lastly, we also accept crypto payments via Bitcoin, Ethereum and others via Bitpay., and several other countries (click to see the list).

 

For select high-dollar orders such as B2B (Wholesale) or International orders, we may require payment via bank transfer.

Sonic Electronix is required by law to charge applicable sales taxes for online orders. We calculate the tax in accordance with applicable state and local laws.
Yes, we do ship to addresses that are different than your billing address provided our verifications department can ensure that the cardholder has approved the address. In some cases this may require confirmation via phone and/or email with the cardholder or card issuing bank.
All products in stock, or readily available products, show their estimated arrival on the product page, as well as the cart page. In some cases, we offer expedited, guaranteed 2-day delivery within the 48 USA. Generally, in stock products arrive within a few days from the day they are shipped.
To place an order, simply visit a product page, category page, or search results page and add an item to your cart. On the shopping cart page you can select your method of checkout and/or express payment.
You can check your order status in your user account. We will send you an email with tracking information when you order ships or if there is additional verification and/or delays. You will also see order status changes in your account area.
We will send you an e-mail with tracking information when we ship your order and your account area will show the tracking number within the order details.
Warranty-related questions
Yes, all the products we sell are covered by the manufacturer's warranty unless explictly stated otherwise. We are proud to be an Authorized Dealer and partner.

If you have placed an order and not received tracking information then you will need to get your order status. Please see our Contact page if you feel there is an unexpected delay and our team will help.
If your order has not yet been packed, you maybe be able to cancel an item or the entire order by sending an order cancellation request via email or phone at 502.200.8010.
