I bought this item and installed it. The installation was quite easy, however, after I finished downloading the information and installing into the unit, I was not able to get any sound from the unit. When I called Jensen, they said that the unit was defective, and that they were having problems in this line. I asked if I could return it for one that worked and they agreed. I had to pay an addional $89.00. This was crazy, so I did not send it back, I also called XM radio and reported this bad customer services.
