This amp is pretty good if you are trying to budget. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to power 10's or 12's that run 800 rms or so for cheap.

Pros:
Cheap
Loud
Very Small
Bass Knob
Doesn't ever get hot. (I pushed 2 Kicker CVRs pretty loud for 8 hours straight while driving from New Orleans to Panama City, no issues what-so-ever. It got warm but that's about it.)

Cons:
Distorts at medium to high volume.
Probably doesn't do its rated power unless your running it at like 16 volts lol. (If you're cheap enough to buy this, you probably won't be running it at 16 volts lol)

I'd recommend it for someone looking for some bass in there car. But if you're looking to break glass or shock people with how loud your system is, this isn't your amp. Get a JL.

This is a decent amp. But for its quality, it should be a smidge cheaper.

Pros:
* Very small
* Large heat sync
* Decent power output for OK but not great systems.

Cons:
* Confusing bass knob functionality. The manual says its a gain control (as opposed to a bass boost control) but I can't figure out how that relates to the gain control on the amp. They both still function.
* CUTS OFF ALL THE DARN TIME!
* I cannot keep the amp ON to save my life. If you push the subs at all, the amp just shuts off. I even went so far as to install my own custom fans to cool it thinking it was overheating. But alas, it just cuts out because it's junk.

Overall, if you just want a decent thump and are limited on money and space, this is a good buy. If you are serious about sound quality and durability, look somewhere else.

For the record, I have had this for 4-5 months pushing two Kenwood 12" subs wired down to 2ohms.

I purchased this amp. with the idea i was getting an amp better than the Kac9103d. I was wrong it barely pushed my 12 in subs wired to 2 ohms I had the amp maxxed out. I had my kac9103d on the same subs, wired the same way and they beat way harder, with the amp only half way. I read the reviews and that i could upgrade to a few more watts and i was wrong. I was very dissapointed and as for the bass nob the led power light is so bright it's a visual nightmare at night. No matter where u place it. It would be better as a keychain flashlight.
