I got these speakers and I would NOT recommend them. While they are very loud and clean I don't like the way they sound. I feel like they are too tinny, and I have the treble boost turned off. The real issue is that vocals aren't warm and are too high pitched. I've spent many, many hours trying to get them to sound right but it just isn't happening. They produce a lot of low bass ( with the my Soundstream ref 2.370 bass boost turned up ). However I feel like the midbass tones for vocals and such are nonexistent. Also the tweeters are too high pitched. I bought these because in my experience silk tweeters sound more natural.....guess not. I thought they would sound better once broken in.....guess not.
