There are about a hundred parts in the bag and the instructions and parts list are fairly scaterbrained. Little bit of trimming and some super glue and it holds together fairly well for the price. Wish it was a little more vehicle specific, I have about two pounds of plastic leftover.

I bought this with a Pioneer DEH-3200UB, and I had issues with the stereo cutting out in my '95 S10. The mount that was in there before gave more clearance, but was uglier. I took it out when I sold it, and have the stereo in my '80 Dodge, which works fine now. If you have a lot to shove behind the dash, use caution. The tray was kind if flimsy too. I always thought it would fall out.

Nice product, seems to be pretty strong plastic. installed in my 95 GMC Sanoma, hard to install. came with some instructions that we not very detailed. Just ended up figuring it out my self with the help of my neighbor and dad. After about a half hour or so finished the install and i must say, looks pretty clean. Definitly necessary when installing a after market headunit. Adds the extra half inch of so necessary to mount an aftermarket headunit. Over all pretty good product. could use some work on the instructions

So I saw this ad on Craigs List for a "good looking chevy". What it was was a 1994 S10 with $6 grand worth of custom stuff and 39,000 miles. I was helpless, I bought it.
The truck had four 12" speakers built into where the extended cab went, so part of the deal was for the bass line to go. When all was removed, the Eustachian plate for the radio was too big (equalizer removed).
I looked in town with no success, then went to the web. Sonic had the required mounting kit (big plus), and had it at a lower-than-local-price (including shipping).
It came, it fit, it took 20 minutes to mount, and I'm a happy guy. So, who else ya gonna buy from?

Note; Durability is rated 3 because I haven't owned it long enough to assess its longevity. I'm 71 years old, and I expect it to outlive me, but who knows.
