 Before you purchase this or any Parrot product do some research and look at the complaints on the Parrot tech site.... The manual it comes with does not even match the product, manual says to go to menu's that this unit does not have and emails to Parrot tech support are not answered with any usable information. Call sound quality is poor, connections are hit and miss, cannot hang up any calls except on the phone itself, can't stop USB music unless you unplug the USB, can't stop bluetooth music unless you shut the bluetooth off on the phone itself.... This thing is almost worthless, it doesn't do any of its functions well. |

I love my Parrot MKI9000. It has awesome call quality and the people that I talk to say it is perfectly clear on their end as well. I didn't have any of the problems that the previous reviews talked about so maybe the newer units fixed all of that. I didn't need to update anything either.

I was looking to pick up some type of Bluetooth for my BMW that was better than my stock system and someone recommended this. I picked it up and the installer suggested I use Parrot's unika part. I guess it's the part that makes my factory buttons control my Parrot. It worked out great.
I had some issues with the phone- similar to the other review posted by "Dontbuyparrot.." All of these problems were solved by a software update... I loaded the new software onto a USB drive and plugged it into the Parrot and it updated itself! Sounds like you should have done some reading because that was in my manual!
