Well first Sonic did a great job of shipping the unit. I live in Michigan and let me tell you I had a time trying to get this starter installed. Everybody was saying it was a difficult install and wouldn't bother to install the starter. They were saying that it was a horrible unit with no range and I wouldn't be happy. They were too busy trying to sell me starters I wasn't instrested in. Finally, I found a place to get it installed with no hassle. It's a good unit, the only reason why I won't say its great because when it starts your car it overrides the remote and you can't unlock your doors without putting your key in the door. That's the only downfall of this unit.
