I installed these in aluminum speaker cans despite the manufacturers recommendation that they need more air volume to work properly. They seem to perform very well in this install. Lots of bass response and clear sound. Will take a lot of power. The next model up is very similar but will take more watts of you want really big sound. Recommended.

These speakers are great I installed them in my rhino where there is limited space up top.
