It works pretty good, i haven't had any problems with it. Most of the time when there's a cop it goes off its pretty good for the price.

I like the cobra radar detector...Only thing is that it sometimes detect when there's nothing there to detect...But when a cop is around it usually comes thru...

ya its crappy. it just lets u know that you're in the process of getting a ticket. you're probably looking at this detector because it's the cheapest thing out there. that's why i bought it and should have saved the money.

The product is easy to install. Easy to read but there are times it doesn't pickup and but there are more time it does. I picks up security systems, construction, emergencies etc...I would recommend this product. Not only did i purchase one, I purchase two and use them daily.

this radar detector i ordered is the best. it alerts you to patrols coming at you and from the rear at a great distance. i highly recommend it.

detectors works great, goes off when is supposed to and is undetectable, range is fairly good considering how cheap,

I bought this product 6 months ago it worked for one week then completely fried and stopped working

For the price it works great. I have had a few false alarms but that keeps you on your toes. I wish it had voice alerts but more bells and whistles cost more.

This is a great radar detector. I am not even joking, it saved me from getting two tickets today alone on the way to school. It does pick up doors and such while driving in the city and can become aggravating. But if this thing saves you from one ticket, it will have paid for itself. I highly recommend and am satisfied.

NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYBODY! Any time I've passed a cop it hasn't gone off. I don't know if it's because they're not pointing the radar gun at me or because the thing doesn't work.
And, what's even worse is the false alarms i get! When I'm accelerating hard, the Lidar detector will go off. Every time i push the gas pedal hard it goes off. I don't understand why. But it scares the crap out of me. In the manual it says "Lidar" is a laser from a cops radar gun. The manual also says that if "L" lights up (for Lidar) it is "NEVER" a false warning, which obviously is bull crap. The only thing that does work on it is the detector that notices automatic opening doors for stores, or speed traps that track your speed only (like driving thru a school zone, it says your speed, also known as K/a). Oh and the mounting brackets sucked too. The suctions cups did NOT work at all and it came all bent. So mounted on my dash with the velcro tape it came with, still sucks.

Even if it were $5 I wouldn't buy another. The best one's to buy don't plug into a cigarette lighter and cost over $200. I'm gonna get one of those because you get what you pay for. If it saves you from one speeding ticket, it pays for itself.

This was OK when I first got it. sometimes it would randomly go off because of interference but every time there was a cop there it picked it up way before i saw the cop. Now 6 months later it is randomly going off like every 5 min for no reason i would not recommend this product to ANYONE!

Aqui no Brasil funcionou em varios tipos de radares, mas em muitos ele nem reconheceu.

Creio eu, que se fosse um detector de radar com mais bandas iria funcionar melhor.
