In the past I have waisted a lot of money and time with other products from different company's and finally I have found the greatest product in the market.

I have the single 4 ohm model bridged off a Rockford P400 and it sounds amazing!!!!!! I did have a sealed 1 cu ft box but then I built a ported 2 cu ft box tuned 35 hz and oh my god its awesome...raw clean power, it shakes my whole truck and any one elses vehicles around me...I have been flipped off a lot at stop lights lol this sub is very underated. Its a sad thing that not too many ppl know of Boston Acoustics cuz they really do make quality products. This sub is a beast. LOTS of excursion. The fact that I can take it apart and replace the sps is very cool. Also the fuses are a very smart idea cuz they protect the sub. I would highly recomend this or anything boston acoustics to anyone

I have two pushed buy a punch 1000,and they hit so hard they make my eyez vibe when I drive. Sick system, they could handle more power but I'm about to put a bigger amp, love this sub. Good for showing off.

I have owned the Boston Acoustics G312-44 for 6 months now. I tried several other subs including Orion, JBL, Polk and just couldn't get the sound that I was happy with. If you like tight, clean, and powerful base then you can't beat the Boston subs. They have the sound of a much more expensive sub and they sound AWESOME!!!!! I have been a drummer for 30 yrs and have a very strong need for clean and clear music so I could hear all the instruments. The sub gives you the depth and drama of the song, so it is a very important part of the musical experience. Boston subs will give you the depth and drama without destroying your bank account.

For the money, these are some of the best sounding subs I've ever owned. I have 2 of these in 2 different enclosures, one ported, one sealed, running at a cool 8 ohms powered with an old Phoenix Gold ZX600 amp, EQ215 equalizer and Harrison subsonic filter, for even response curve. The subsonic filter keeps the ported box from unloading while the sealed sub reaches down WAY low.
Sounds wonderful.

This sub is way better than the Alpine Type R. It seems so much more responsive and clean too. I have 400 rms running to this sub in a 1.5 ported box. The box is a little small but sounds great. The excursion is ridiculous too. Nothing but clean, detailed, accurate bass with this sub. If you are considering this sub, BUY IT!! You won't be disappointed. Give it about 2 weeks of break in period and it pounds out the lows like crazy. The highs hit really good too. Definitely best sub i have ever had. Its really a great deal and it even has a re-cone kit too.

I built a 3/4 inch mdf 1 cubic foot enclosure built to the exact specs. I am powering this with a kicker zx 400.1 and it handles the power flawlessly. It sounds very smooth. Its not broken in yet so it will get better. Definitely built well. This sub would sound way better ported, so port it if you get it. I would recommend this sub if you have a smaller car or an suv. Hope this helps make up your mind if you are looking to buy this.

have 1 of these in my 2004 eclipse hatchback in a sealed box with an alpine mrp500 amp. it POUNDS! and sounds soooo clean. people scope my trunk and think nothing of it but trust me that little sub is a Deceptacon.

i keep it on negative 24 on the subwoofer. when i first turned it on it was on zero and i couldn't even hear anything it was soooo loud and shook me all over in a SEALED box

definitely recommend
