This PAC module allowed to install an aftermarket stereo with no issues that would normally arise trying to replace a GM factory stereo. Everything just plugged in and after a few simple connections, it only took about 15 minutes and everything works fine without the loss of the information center and chimes. If you are considering a factory stereo swap I think this is the only way to go. This is probably the easiest install I ever done.
