i bought it brand new only worked not even an hour this is a crap amp i took it to a car audio place said it couldnt handle my speaker and the true power for this amp was 200 watts

This amp at first was a decent amp with good quality, i hooked it up to my 2 12" mtx jackhammers and let me tell you, this system hit very hard. At 2 ohms impendence, the jackhammers can handle about 800 watts rms and this ken wood amp is rated at 900 watts x 1 channel @ 2 ohms. When i play a song that thumps and has either constant bass or deep bass the amp cuts out and it almost seems like it can't keep up with my subs. I read reviews on it and this kind of amp is NOTORIOUS for cutting out. Garbage. waiting for my Hifonics HFi2000D to ship.
