Received the Tea Maker for Christmas 2012. it makes tea well enough but every time you lift the dome lid condensation from the previous brewing drain on the counter. What a mess.... plus its an electrical hazard.

I bought this maker for my Mum for Christmas and she absolutely loves it!! She uses it at least once a week and has never had a problem with it!! Great value, great buy!!

Works great! Makes tasty iced tea quickly. Very reasonably priced.

I would not recommend this product. The pitcher often doesn't fit correctly under the basket where the hot tea enters the pitcher and hot tea will leak all over your counter top (I've had two of these tea makers and both did this). Sometimes the tea bags will restrict the hot water from exiting the basket and it will overfill and do the same. Also, the older model had a dishwasher safe pitcher, while the newer one did not. I threw the newer one out after three uses.
