First Hifonics product I have ever tried. Not a good experience. Amp began smoking after installation. No user error involved. I have been installing stereos for years now. Decided to send it back and go with the t1500.1bdcp. Should be a whole different story.

Worked and sounded great but it burned up in less than a month this is the 2nd hifonics amp that has not lasted a month. I've never burned up an amp and I've had amps in my cars for 15 years. I'll never use Hifonics again.

I had this amp for 1 year and 25 days. It worked great for this time and put out the power that it was rated at. I didn't mess anything up or overdrive the subs ever and the amp died 25 days outside of warranty. Bad amp, I would not and will not buy again. Save your money and frustration and buy a Kicker or Alpine brand amp.
