I bought this amp back in 2011 and it just kicked out on me a few weeks ago. It was an alright amp, it did what it said it was going to.
I had it hooked to a single RF P3 15" sub @ 2 ohms in a ported enclosure. Pros: bass knob CEA compliant SQ=ok price Cons: Overheated and went into protection after about 5 minutes of bassing (not so much in the winter or night time) Got very very hot bass knob is cheaply made, but works fine tab terminals kind of bulky no subsonic filter Overall it is a good amp for a cheap fast temporary system.

Not made by MTX. Sticker right on amp says made in China. Screw tab terminals look like swap meet amps from 1988. It struggled to push one ten and overheated regularly. Do not waste your money. Sits in a box in my garage collecting dust now.

Great amp and wiring kit for the price. Used this to power my slim PS3 (4 ohm load) so roughly 300 wrms. I didn't need thundering bass, just enough to make some rock music sound better and this amp delivers.
