Beware!!! If you want to contact directed electronics, good luck! You will need to bring your car to an authorize installer or dealer so you can pay for them to diagnose, even for a busted fuse! I sent an email and they asked if i am a distributor, when i answered no, they did not respond again! I am a professional installer with more than 20 years of experience and they could not even help me? For all of you who think of buying viper alarms and avital brand alarms... get a different brand. I would recommend autopage, they have the best customer service compared to the bozos at directed electronics.
I have never had any problem with Sonic Electronix customer service and they are the best. I would definitely deal with sonic electronics again but will avoid any brand from directed electronics.
