Don't use heavily, but having issues

I am having one issue with this qd6. The headphone jack is not working on one channel. I tried other headphones, still the same. One channel does not work. Upsetting! The other issue is the crackling master volume and even the que volume as well. I put on lube. It fixes it for a while, then the crackling comes back!

I really like the mixer, but the issue with one channel of headphone jack not working, no matter what headphones I use!
