I purchased this sub to go with a FLI Audio FU1000.1 mono amp. When the owners manual say there is a break in period for the sub they aren't lieing about it. When I first hook everythign up my 6.5 infinity components had more bass coming from them. I have played it now for probly 5 of the 30 hours recommended breakin period and the sub is really starting to come alive. Nice clean bass not that hit you in the chest bass but nice and clean. Don't get me wrong its loud but not overpowering.

Fli audio 12" subs like here are a must buy. They have great quality for a entry level sub. I chose these over comps and p1. Give fli audio a try it's worth the money they are durable and get sound great.
