I got these last month to go along with my Q701s. I needed something that wasn't open ear, and that I could travel with. These seem to be tuned a little different than the 701's I got because they are very clean and crisp, but don't seem to be that bass heavy. These have great bass, and are still very clear in the mids and the highs. They were actually very surprising to me when I look at the cost of them. They are great.
