I love mine. The screen is nice and USB charging is super convenient. Range is great and the 2 way communication is awesome for knowing whether the car got your message or not.
The only downfall is that the temperature read back was only accurate for about a week. It reads at least 20* warmer than it actually is now.

Nothing surprises me when it comes to any of DEI products... especially Python, the best feature to me is the rechargeable remote & remote start of course!!!

This does everything with the right add on modules, Alarm for Security, Remote start for when it is to cold or hot outside, supports many sensors such as glass breakage, tilt, proximity. It can roll your windows up and down with added modules. Basically it is an endless system. I find it works great, good range especially if paired with a smartphone smartstart module. I did find the remote to have a slight delay and was rather slow. I may upgrade to a color OLED remote instead. Definitely recommend this unit, I upgraded from the older Python 990.

Product works great, all features work as expected. Only issues are that it can be difficult to install if you go with a hardwire install and that under normal conditions, the reception isn't anywhere close to what is advertised. It's still good enough though.
Note that this device is not compatible with the Fortin EVO-CHR data to data port. If you plan to install it with the EVO-CHR then you will need to hardwire the connections between the interface module and the alarm. Doable, but can be tricky.
