I bought these for my girlfriend about 6 months ago, and she LOVES them...wears them almost every day.
They block noses surprisingly well...I've bought some middle/lower priced noise cancelling headphones as well as the bose ones - these are right up there with the best, without that big price tag. The only draw back is that I cannot wear them for very long, but I know I have a large head...
