February 7, 2013 Good Unit!

Dropped right into a 2005 Sonata (double DIN). No need to cut brackets or remove anything for install besides the front trim panel. I had initially planned on getting new speakers as well, but the head unit improved sound considerably over stock as well as radio reception and volume so I'm holding off on those. Controls work well and the screen is responsive. No noticeable lag times anywhere. Jack in an Ipod and it automatically switches over with full control as long as you have an IC-3 cable (a regular Ipod cable in the USB slot will only charge and not produce sound) DVD's are clear and you can run them while driving if you splice the "brake" wire into a ground (at your own risk). My Scosche faceplate adaptopr was too tight around the screen and would have needed filing. On the sides it was too thick for the head unit screws. A Metra adaptor fit perfectly. Overall, I'm very pleased and may purchase a Navibox and rear view camera just to get the most out of this.

December 3, 2012 Easy To Use Touch Screen Head Unit

This head unit has all the basic features that anyone would want & a very nice looking GUI that is easy to understand & use. It also has a 32 GB capacity SD card slot so you can keep IPOD or phone plugged into the USB port & not have to change between phone or USB stick. Everything works perfect on this head unit & the radio reception is awesome (unlike many other reviews I've read on more expensive head units).
