We purchased the product but it had no instructions. Conair would not mail us a set, but said to go online. I could not find a manual for this model anywhere online and feel this should never have happened. The scale itself seems okay, we purchased it for the special features. In the end it has become a nightmare. I suppose it works if you don't mind several readings within minutes... this is only because we don't no what the "XXXX" we are doing! I would not by this or any Conair product because of the poor service.
