Wow! I ordered these because of the great deal on them. I didn't know what to expect due to the price but, these Pioneers have great sound. Their design is attractive and seemingly durable. They are also very comfortable. I would highly recommend these to anyone looking for great sounding headphones at a great value.

I am quite simply impressed with these headphones. They really give an accurate representation of the sound of the music that you are listening to and the bass is definitely up to par; for the price, I have yet to find a headphone that does the same. I did notice a bit of distortion in the beginning, but that disappeared with more listening and more use and the headphones definitely got into their groove. Overall, I would recommend these headphones for folks who are looking for a really good sound while they're listening to music at home or in transit. However, these wouldn't be good for active listening; they are a bit bulky and more made for stationary listening.

i just got my headphones in today and had to test them out to see if they lived up to that "bass boost" that it claims to have and i am not that impressed with the bass at lower volume levels it does have good sounding bass but once the volume is turned up it gets very distorted. but when you are listening to something with not much bass they sound great and get very lout don't know what to think about them yet will post another review in about a week to let the speakers break-in.
