This kit was easy to install! It came with easy to follow instructions that made the install so simple. The only problem I had wasn't the kits fault. It is designed for typical double din radios, not cheap double dins such as the Lanzar model that I ordered from Sonic. The frame on these radios are a little larger and the kit opening will require trimming which turned out to be a real pain. Overall though, this kit is great! I would highly recommend it and I've been installing car audio for 20 yrs.

Scosche has come along way. Install kits are pretty good these days. Almost prefer them over Metra anymore.

Easy to use!

This product is easy to install and work with. I'm glad that i bought this kit it also has options just in case there are small differences in head units.

I suppose at the sale price it wouldn't be a bad purchase but anything higher like I paid I'd have to discourage purchasing this item. I had to remove my Head Unit quite a few times while installing and then again when I hooked up the rear view camera. In doing so one of the pins that helps hold the adapter in place within the dash snapped clean off. I tried to super glue it, J B Weld It but no luck so now the radio sits sorta cockeyed in the dash.

This frame and mounting bracket are so easy to use and give nice finish to a stereo system.

ITEM WAS INSTALLED IN TO A 2007 MUSTANG & IS A DIRECT FIT. MAKES THE INSTALL VERY EASY.

Took some time and some minor adjustment and a little cut n trim, eventually fit perfect

I installed this product in a '04 F150 FX4. It installed easily and fit my dash well. I recommend this product with no hesitation.

Worked perfectly to mount the Pioneer avh-P4200dvd. had googled a video on how to install and did myself after that. Life is good now.

I used this adapter for a Jensen 9424 going into a 2005 F-250. It fit the ford fine, but it did not fit the radio. I had to cut the inside areas of the rectangle in order for it to fit around the radio head. I am a master mechanic and if I did not have the proper tools to do this it would have looked like crap.

Does what it needs to do.

Installed this into my 2008 Mustang GT. Looks good, fits good.

This product fit was so tight I actually have to trim it to fit the radio. I bought it with the Boss BV9565BI. Also, the instructions could have been better, I spent an hour trying to install it backwards, then realized it went the other way. A simple picture would have been nice. But in the end, it got done and looks nice.

The trim works perfectly with the Ford Double Din system and looks very professional when the trim is installed.

You need this item to install an aftermarket radio system in your factory dash. Looked great and fit the factory dash fine. Had some trouble with the alignment of the screws through the Scosche adapter plate bracket but with some modifications the install was finished neatly and new radio looks very "factory installed".

Well, since this was my first double din install it took me a bit to get this to work. But a little tweaking on it made it work good.

This item ended up being free with the purchase of my Pioneer AVIC-Z100BT. The only problem I had with this kit is that I have to modify it to fit into my 2005 Ford Mustang. It wouldn't fit right, but after I shaved off the pegs it fit great. Then again, you cant expect something that is made for multiple cars to fit perfectly right out of the box. But like I said, you can't really complain when it is free!

Nice addition for that custom look.

Don't like that you have to cut off some of the extra screw placements to get it to fit your vehicle. Plus the screw placements are not holes its a "U" slot so it spreads easy. Once it is in everything seems secure just wish it felt a little more sturdy for piece of mind.
