This Capacitor definitely helped with the dimming lights in my car and my subs don't fade out when they hit DEEP bass notes. Sonic Electronix is an amazing company and they help you with any problems that you have. I would definitely recommend this capacitor

I bought this capacitor to help with my subwoofer fading and loosing some bass. It does its job and I haven't had any issues with my system since I installed it.
The only problem I had was charging the cap with the provided charging wire. The instructions say to leave it on until it gets to 12 volts, it never reached 12 volts, only 9 volts - not sure what the problem was there. But once I hooked it up to the car the display showed 13 - 14 volts and I tested it with a mutimeter so I know the capacitor is working properly. Nice looking cap as well.
