In purchasing a deck that had iPod built in controls, this deck was making me want it since i am die hard pioneer fan because they make some of the best head units out there.
iPod control works better then my friends Premier DEH-6800MP with a add on ipod adapter. Controls only took about an 1 hour to get used it. Very nice head unit. Yes there is some load time but no longer then i have to wait for a cd on the list button. Only down fall for me is the design, it doesn't exactly fit into a 1987 bmw that well but it fits better because of the dark trim. But they kept it simple and nassy lookin'
