Clean and Efficient W3v3 Series JL Audio Woofers
Its not often you see a 13.5" woofer like the JL Audio 13W3v3-4. This woofer is rated at 600W RMS and features a single 4 ohm voice coil. So why a 13.5" woofer? The answer is simple, more bass. Sorry for the guy up top these are actually equivalent to a 12 w6 so no get the 13.5 w3 because your getting it for a couple hundred dollars less.

I have two of these powered by a alpine mrd-1005 1000/1 and they make my head hurt and the amp only pushes about 700 watts at 12 volts great speakers, kinda high priced, but I'm happy.

My buddy has 3 of these in a blow-threw setup inside of a Ford F-150 extended cab, and the box/subs are in the bed of the truck firing into the cab and you can hear the entire song coming out of the truck for about 3 miles away, I also know someone with 3 of these in a ported enclosure in the back of an Explorer and his is so loud that he caused a police laptop to shut off from the vibrations.
I would highly recommend this sub, but it only hits hard when given alot of air space, but it bottoms out on low notes as well, I would reccommend the w6 series jl subwoofers over these any day, but it still sounds like a jl product, which is sound quality
