I purchased this subwoofer after a friend suggested Memphis to me. I have this subwoofer in a small truck box powered by a Boston gt-20 very small amp also ! That combination still bumps great ! I beat the hell out of this sub and it's still sounds as good as it did the day i got it ! It's no MOJO but its still a great subwoofer !

I don't have this model, mine is about 2 years older than this one and it's 2ohms. But man IT HITS!! I started out with two JL Wv6's. They hit the highes really good! Then owned a pair of Alpine Type R's. They hit the lows nice! Well my buddy was selling just one of these in a sealed truck box. I mean the box is small! And sealed! Bought a 800 watt mono Fosgate amp. Let me telly you, this sub blows all my old ones away. I have it in my woods toy. Good sub to start out with. I currently own two Quantum Audio subs and amp. They barely beat just one ten (Memphis). Memphis by far is the best!
