small and solid
I have had many JBL and Infinity products in the past (amps, speakers, subs) and the quality is the same with this amp. This amp is nice and compact and is underrated,as far as power goes. It doesn't have a ton of features, but that's fine by me. I would recommend any JBL/Infinity product.

The features and specs paint one picture of this amp and what it is capable of. When you open it up, it looks good (really good-discreet look), considered a paper weight until attached to the battery, radio, speakers. Then, and only then you realize the potential is realized. This amp over promises and over delivers. It has outstanding balance and very harmonious production value. Attached to 6x9 in rear deck for mids, 6x8 with cross-over with tweeters and two 12inch subs in an enclosed box. The sound is so clean (plain and simple). The ROI on purchase will over promise and over deliver.

I went full Infinity reference Amp, speakers and subwoofer. System sounds awesome, not overkill. Very satisfied.

Amp is very sturdy with a nice weight. I doubt it's pushing 500rms at the sub. I have it powering an infinity kappa 12 at 2 ohms. Seems like the sub is starving for power. But I will say I paired them with infinity reference 6.5 doors and 6x9s deck and they sound crispy clear. I sometimes turn the sub off just to hear them.
One thing I dislike is that a standard screwdriver can not secure the wires in the terminal. You need a slender screwdriver to reach the screws. I.had to use a glasses screwdriver, but you don't get much torque. Later I'll redo it. I have not touched the ammo while operating but I'm sure it's good. Haven't had any issues and I normally play loud.
