Three sizes of KS Systems offer ultimate flexibility by providing multiple installation options for the end-user. Desiring a conventional component system setup? Kicker systems offer the kind of high-end directional sound sought by audiophiles. Want a drop-in coaxial upgrade for the doors? Simply remove the bullet-phase plugs in the woofers’ center and screw in the tweeters for a simple, quick solution to coaxial sound and audio realism. The use of high quality materials assist in making these speakers some of the best that you can find. The Injection molded polypropylene cone woofer and the santoprene surround increase the life of the speaker while making the sound clearer and more crisp.
The woofers and one-inch, aluminum-domed tweeters are brought together by a symmetrical 12dB/octave high-pass-12dB/octave low-pass crossover/protection network that is second to none, featuring a 3-position tweeter attenuation switch for fine-tuning fickle high frequencies. The finishing touch is added by the latest cosmetics, featuring a metallic finish, a new grille, and spade wire terminals that allow for easy wiring access.

Bought these for my 01' Grand Marquis to replace stocks. Flush mounted to speaker, running +3 on crossover car is filled with crisp sound w/ no distortion. Hooked to a Kenwood X794 head unit. Matched with 6*9 KS6930 on Rear deck. Does very well with my eq level set and great on bass.

I'm definitely happy with my purchase of the Kicker KS50.2. Definitely use the crossovers though, and hook them up to one channel. Without the crossovers, there is a lot of distortion. I just finished the install yesterday and am happy with it. The tweeters are awesome, I mounted mine on my ceiling right above the two front seats, they look sweet. Not to mention the speaker grilles look awesome too. Before the install, my bass overpowered the vocals; that's not the case anymore. As of right now, I would say the system could be a little louder, so hopefully after breaking in a little more that will happen. All in all I would definitely recommend this product to anyone. Oh, and don't let me forget, I received my package the day after I ordered it! One day, free shipping. You can't beat that! Sonic is the best, hands down. Their prices beat anyone's and so does their support. I will go nowhere else for my mobile electronics, THANKS SONIC!
Pros: Great price, AWESOME look, plenty of speaker wire, good sound.
Cons: Could have came with a few more wire connectors.
