The speakers worked for me great. Great replacement of my old ones especially for the price. These speakers however kinda lack a lot of bass but the speakers are just overall amazing.

I replaced the factory speakers in my 1999 Saturn since they had started deteriorating & the sound was horrendous.
The Jensen JS652 were perfect for me. They were pretty cheap as far as decent speakers go (most start around $50) & I can turn up my factory radio without too much distortion.
I wanted car speakers that when I turned up my radio to listen to a great song, or drown out the stereo in the car next to me, the rattles in my car, or even the whining dog in my backseat, it would still sound ok. These were perfect.
I would not recommend these if you are REALLY particular about quality sound or audio competitions.
Overall, for me, it was a good choice & I am happy.
