Just put a pair of these babies in the dash of my 98 Dodge Stratus and all I can say is WOW! It's almost like I never had dash speakers! Now all of a sudden I can actually hear the dash speakers, and they sound awesome. However, I do notice that there is one certain frequency that the SRG920C's don't like. I can't pinpoint that frequency, but it's in the midrange area. These speakers sort of pop when that frequency hits. But they get crystal clear highs! I won't worry once I'm done with my system because I'm going to adjust my head unit's High Pass Filter so that these only get the highs. They are NOT a direct replacement for any Dodge Stratus, so don't be fooled, but they do fit and screw in fine. You just have to bend one tab a bit. And the extra silver part that says Clarion on it (a waste of material) doesn't line up the same or exactly opposite on each side, so they look a little odd. One points to sort of a 8:00 position on one side, the other side points to a 3:00 position. And since they are shiny, you notice it. All in all, these are nice speakers to run off your deck. Extremely nice high frequencies, but don't try to put any bass into them. As long as you remember that they are NOT mini dash subwoofers and only really meant to get highs you'll love them! I sure do! (If you want Kenwoods like I did, stop looking because they only make dual-cones, no 2-way dash speakers.)
the prices on most of the products offered are some of the lowest ive ever seen. i recently purchased a new pioneer head unit and love it. the buying experience was great. i am not shopping any where else for my car stereo needs. i recommend everyone to shop with sonic. keep up the good work.
