These speakers are an exceptional improvement over stock. The sound quality is unmatched, in my opinion. I am using these speakers with an old Pioneer super tuner III and a 40w per channel amp. I can get very desirable volume out of this setup as well as clarity and that volume. I get great sounding bass, mids and highs as well. I am about to upgrade my head unit and amp, but I am extremely pleased with these Cerwin-Vega 68s and highly recommend them.
