Will this work in a 2005 Buick Rendezvous with XM radio?
A shopper on Nov 1, 2014
Best Answer: Hello,

Yes. The IS32 is Universal, because it uses the Vehicles existing Antenna Plug to make a connection. OEM Satellite Radio uses the vehicles harness and/or an auxiliary port [back of the headunit] to make a connection, so it will not interfere with the IS32. The install of the IS32 into your specific vehicle will also require the following, sold separately: Scosche MDA1B & Scosche MDAR .

Is there any noise or static or electrical whine filtering in the IS32?
Steve J on Jun 19, 2015
Best Answer: The iSimple isn't perfdct, but it is very close. Especially in a situation where you can't have any other options. The is a "frequency sweep" type sound when it's first turned on. And occasionally there is a hissing noise, but I think that's the connection to my iPad. And when your driving you can't even come close to hearing it.

Michael V on Oct 20, 2015
Best Answer: I installed mine in a 2002 Grand Prix with a Bose system and it worked fine. As for Apple products it should since you connect through your headphone jack on your devise.

How does this compare to an iPod adapter for FM radios that plugs into the cigarette lighter?
Jeff D on Aug 16, 2014
Best Answer: The sound quality is "way better!" than any of the cigarette lighter types. This one enables you to get rid of all of that radio signal interference while listening to your iPod,etc. Very Pleased with it and easy to hook up.

What are the wiring options for output to an after-market amplifier?
A shopper on Feb 1, 2016
Best Answer: Unfortunately, that isn't the intended use of the IS32, so it has no such options.

Will this item work directly with a 2006 Nissan Frontier LE that comes with the Rockford Stock system or do I need additional items? Is it a plug and play? Will it come with directions? Where do I connect the wires to?
Krystal G on Jan 16, 2016
Best Answer: Hi Krystal,

http://www.pac-audio.com/PACProductData/IS32/1_Instructions/is32_instructions_080513.pdf

--Will this item work directly with a 2006 Nissan Frontier LE that comes with the Rockford Stock system or do I need additional items?

This kit is UNIVERSAL and is intended to work in any vehicle, including the one specified. Said vehicle does not require any additional item beyond typical installation accessories; of which is established by the installer's needs. (Consult you installer for details.)

--Is it a plug and play?

Again, this kit is Universal. As such, it is NOT 'plug and play' and does require some extent of professional installation.

--Will it come with directions? Where do I connect the wires to?

See link at the beginning of this response - yes.

WIll this work on 2006 Subaru Legacy with 6 CD changet and integrated auto climate control?
A shopper on Nov 30, 2014
Best Answer: Hello,

The IS32 is as UNIVERSAL as its description implies. It utilizes the Existing ANTENNA PLUG on the back of the headunit to send the source. It does not interfere with any OEM components, except the RADIO when you choose to.

According to METRA, link below, you will also require the Metra 40-SB10 & Metra 40-SB20.
