Now you can use your Bluetooth-enabled cell phone with your Panasonic head unit without ever picking up your phone to answer. The CY-BT200U works with compatible Panasonic car stereos to let you answer incoming calls — hands free.
The kit includes the a Bluetooth antenna, a talk switch, and a microphone that can be clipped to your vehicle interior (sun visor for example). Once the system is installed and the setup is configured for the first time, you will simply have to turn on your phone when you get in the car, and the Bluetooth connection will connect itself. To answer a call, you will only have to press the dash-mountable talk switch when you get a call.
If you want to use more than one add-on accessory with your Panasonic car stereo (such as this Bluetooth piece AND a SIRIUS Satellite Radio kit), then you will need to also purchase the Panasonic CY-EM100U auxiliary expansion module to work with the Panasonic stereo. The CY-EM100U also can control an iPod, CD Changer and satellite radio (SIRIUS or XM).
Note: For your safety, Panasonic designed this adapter strictly for answering calls, allowing you to place a "callback" call to the last caller only. Disconnecting your phone or turning off the stereo will cancel the callback feature.
