I didn't have a choice of several products that I could have installed in my 2008 Nissan Sentra. This product was the only product that accomplished what I needed in my vehicle which was to install an after market stereo AND retain bluetooth/display function the car was already equipped with.
If this device worked 100% I would be 100% satisfied. However, two out of four of the buttons that allow me to access trip info and clock display do not work. This could be due to the product OR the installation, which I did not do.
It works for what I need it to do and I can access trip info via the "up" button. However I cannot change the clock. The time is incorrect and I cannot fix it.

There are design issues with this for my maxima. Would drain my battery if I wired the blue/white wire like the instructions called for. Also, illumination pass through to the aftermarket radio doesn't work. For Canadians, note that the units and calculations are off due to miles and gallons. Average speed and mileage are way off.

It does exactly what it's supposed to do. Every now and then the screen will come up scrambled. I've only seen it maybe 4 times in the 6 months I've had it installed, but a simple restart brings it back to normal. Other than that, no complaints.
Although, I kind of wish it had some sort of keyboard. Changing the custom message can be a little time consuming.

For the most part, the unit works as advertised. However, once every couple weeks, the display will show odd characters and is unrecognizable. Once the vehicle is turned off and back on, everything goes back to normal. It is, however, very frustrating when this happens especially when going on long trips. Also, I think it's rather expensive just to keep the factory display.
