more expensive but works great for my project, plus you can hook up a aftermarket radio and KEEP voice prompts.

This item is listed by Blaupunkt on their website - they indicate it fits 2007 Cadillac Escalade/ESV/EXT and 2007 Chevy Avalanche.
I have confirmed with them that it does NOT fit any of the new GMT900 GM Trucks/SUVs that utilize GM-LAN. Blaupunkt contacted me directly.
If you have a 2007+ GM Fullsize Truck or SUV (and possibly others) this does not fit.
However, I used this harness and the extension harness to build my own harness. So while this harness does not fit directly, you can use it to make a custom harness wired into a Factory OEM Integration module like the PAC 'GMLAN' OS-4. This harness is pretty cheap, so it's not a waste of money!
Good product! - Just note that Blaupunkt's application chart is not correct!

This looks like a great product and very smartly built (you can install it with your head unit and plug the female and male ends together until you have time to install the amp and your system will still work)...
However, this will not work for a 2008 Avalanche (and possibly for other 2008 Tahoes/Suburbans/Yukons, etc...) - My 2008 has two plugs that plug into the radio - this adapter only has one plug and the plug doesn't fit either of the factory plugs. Blaupunkt indicates that this fits a 2007-2007 Avalanche, but looks like that is the only year?
Doesn't fit 2008 Avalanche.
