I like this product and would recommend it to friends. It is easy to set-up. The BlueAnt has a lot more features than I use, but they come as part of a quality piece of tech. The voice's diction (British?) is very understandable when it announces the number or the name of the person who is calling. I like that it syncs my iPhone's contacts with one press of a button. I like the voice activated dialing, and it asks if I want "MMMM's home" or "MMMM's mobile" phone number if I forget to specify which. Because of road noise, I sometimes had the volume turned all the way up, but that developed some feedback when I talked/listened with someone. Easy fix for my situation was that I mounted it between the visor and the ceiling of the car (~sandwiched). The simple magnetic mount was just a case of putting it on the other side of the metal clip. Works great now & I've actually turned down the volume. Charging--the charge lasts forever--easily a week. I try to remember to turn it off at night, but it is not a concern. Besides, you can plug in the car adapter. I would buy another product from this company. (And because of price and service, I would check at Sonix Electronix before surfing around

It seemed to work seemliness with my phone. That was a pleasant surprise because I usually have a hard time setting up these kind of things with my smart phone.
