The HDMI-COAX converter box will take a HDMI input and convert it into a 5 conductor coaxial signal. Then the coaxial cables can be run up to 300ft. to the destination of the signal where an identical Ethereal HDMI-COAX converter box will convert the 4 conductor coaxial signal back into HDMI. These converter boxes are perfect if the home theater system already has the 5-conductor coaxial cable running through the walls.
