MTX has done it again. Building on the strength and popularity of MTX's TC enclosures, the loudest boxes on the block, the new JackHammer series enclosures leave no doubt as to who the enclosure king is. A refined look and redefined attitude that features a flat black finish in JH45 series enclosures or a gloss black finish in JH55 series enclosures and with MTX's famous side-firing super slot port, these enclosures produce epic amounts of bass and put all competitors to shame. Classic MTX quality goes into the production of every JackHammer enclosure including extra strength 3/4" MDF panels and dado/v-groove construction giving JackHammer enclosures the ability to bring the pain 24/7.

I drive a KIA Sephia, and it is so loud when I turn it all the way up. The subwoofer is hittin really hard, even though I do have the JH600 amp. Which can push out 350w RMS @ 4ohms...and its perfect for this sub. This sub+Jh600 amp equals cheapest, but best setup for a small sedan. The only downer is that the ports are on the side of the enclosure, and could possibly get pulled out when loading cargo into trunk.

There is nothing too flash about this sub system but for my application it bumps nicely and I can drive it hard with 250 watts RMS and I have! this is in an extra cab pickup and anything else would be overkill. I have always like MTX products and although some would say the quality is not as it once was.... this box is solid and substantial and pleasing to my ears. have had it in service for nearly a year with absolutely no complaints. I'm getting my money's worth.
