I'm a bassist and I've been carting around my bass cabinet in my trunk, so I figured: I've got the sub, may as well hook it up to my car stereo (it's an Eminence Kappa 15c speaker in a Hartke cabinet). Hookup was easy, everything was straightforward, amp does everything it should. Long story short: it's cheap and makes my car into a rolling earthquake generator. What's not to love?
Sonic Electronix shipped out quick too. Good vendor.
Oh and this is my first car amp experience.

I've had this amp for about 6 months and i like the way it lights up, but i've hooked my sub up to a better amp and it was a whole new experience... this amp just gets the job done. It doesn't quite blow you away.

I have one wired to a used Kicker 07CVR122 at 4 ohms in a 1.5 cu ft enclosure with 40 amp circuit breaker ($9.99) and it beats my car so hard at half gain.
The subsonic filter actually helps and the bass knob has little indentions so you can't accidentally crank it all the way up.
I plan on buying alot more of these little amps to come.
It does get hairline scratches easily so that's annoying but the rest is great. Also there's a power indicator light on your remote that lights up part of your car. That's actually a cool touch.
The wire inputs and controls on opposite sides is a bit of a hassle but well worth the money saved and performance of the amp.
