The RF Marine M2 full-range are perfect for anyone looking to add some real power to their vessel. UV and moisture resistance assures great performance in even the harshest of marine environments. These 8" speakers combine EXCELLENT sound with amazing cosmetics. The engineering that went into this set surpasses the 8" model we carried from Pioneer (TS-MR2040). The aluminum tweeters blast out your highs so you can hear the music exactly how the artist intended, even when you're on the wakeboard trailing the boat!

I had no idea of the sound these speakers would put out but the reviews I read were all great so I gave them a try. I have a high end MTX amp powering them with 100 watts a piece and my god do they sound great. The bass from these speakers is unbelievable. So unbelievable that it sounds like I have a nice sub in my system but really its just the pair of these speakers. For the money I've never heard better. I would go as fair as to say they sound as good as my Focal 165 KR component set in my truck (Plus these Rockfords produce bass that is at least twice as deep) and those speakers retail for $699

I installed 6 M282's in my Baja .38 Special and I am very satisfied with the sound quality these speakers create, I almost dont need subwoofers. They have great bass and highs. Its hard to get great sound from a boat system but these are some of the best marine speakers I have ever heard. I recommend these to anyone building a high end stereo for their boat.

Wow! These speakers have great base and high quality sound for a marine speaker! I installed two in the radar arch and two down low with a ten inch Rockford marine sub! They are awesome! I have received many compliments about how good the sound is with no distortion. Just give these babies the power and they will perform!!! I think they look better installed than any other brand as well!
