Bass Slammer unloaded, vehicle-specific enclosures are inspired by the same technology incorporated in MTX ThunderForm enclosures. Bass Slammer enclosures are available for many of the hottest-selling vehicles on the market and are made of a high-density polyethylene resin to ensure that you don’t get any of the “ping” common in fiberglass enclosures. The resin is color-matched to the interior color options available for each vehicle.
Bass Slammer enclosures are tough as nails. They are made using rotational molding. Unlike injection molding, Bass Slammer enclosures come out of the mold with no seams, so you don’t lose any of the sonic quality of the subwoofer.
Bass Slammer enclosures are also internally braced to eliminate flexing and warping so you get the tight bass you’re looking for.

This box rocks. I was really skeptical about it but took a chance. I got the unloaded version since I already had an amp and 2 JL Audiom W12-4 speakers. I had the amp wired up and ready and after it was all connected it sounded awesome. I do listen to mostly rock music but this thing can boooom really well. I was pleasantly surprised. And to top it off I have an old PPI amp PC 250 - this amp has been working for me on and off since 1996.
