The Built-in Dedicated Graphics Processing Unit provides Seamless Operation
Clarion has built-in a Graphics Processing unit into the NAX980HD to provide 2D and 3D menus and maps. This processing unit results in a seamless playback of the navigation and menu scrolling. The menus are smooth with large touch screen icons to make the navigation process easier. Add the 12-channel GPS receiver, the built-in Gyroscope, a few other functions, and the Clarion NAX980HD will get you to where you need to go. It will know where you are, where your going, how to get there, and can even learn your driving habits.

The NAX980HD is designed for the Clarion MAX685BT and VRX785BT. The 3D graphical interface on the touchscreen front panel called “My List” allows the user to virtually point to their choice of on-screen commands and execute them in a single step.
