purchased vp802 and it worked for about 15 minutes. called sonic and they had me contact vocopro. i spoke with rep and they had me return player and they replaced with new one. i received new on in a few days. it worked for about 2 hours. i gave up because i needed this for a party and had to go buy one from Guitar Center. i have had another vocopro for years and it was great. this 802 is not and i never bothered to return the second one. just took the loss.

This product works for me, my family and friends. We all have a great time singing karaoke. Its easy to assemble, easy to use and quality is very good.
