Sensitivity
An efficiency or sensitivity rating tells you how effectively a speaker converts power into sound. The higher the number, the more efficient the speaker and the louder it will play with the same input power. An efficient speaker helps you maximize your available power. Most sensitivity ratings measure the speaker's output with 1 watt of input, 1 meter from the speaker. Some speakers' sensitivity is measured with 2.83 volts of input, instead of 1 watt.

Efficiency (1w/1m) is not an accurate indicator of a subwoofer's output capability and should not be used as a comparison to other speakers or subwoofers to determine which one is "louder".

Confusion Carry-Oke 1 o 2

October 4, 2013

I don't know whether this unit is the latest version. Therefore I can only comment on the one I bought. This latter performed good I mean it can read and display without problem on the TV files in mp3 or mp3+g format. However, many people including myself would love to play karaoke in dvd's VOB format. Unfortunately my Carry-Oke is very sluggish in playing this type of file, contrary to what its specifications says. It would play and stop, stop and play many times a minute so you cannot use it at all if the vob files are the ones you mainly use. I had no choice but returned the unit to the seller.
