Recently purchased one and it is defiantly junk. Within a month the screen stopped opening and closing. It took more than a week to get a response from Pyle support. No response from emails, no answer or voicemail is always full so you can’t leave a message. You need to keep calling until your lucky enough to get a live person. After getting it back the problem appears to be fixed, but the unit is now behaving strangely. Whenever the door shuts it make a funny clicking sound for about 5 seconds after the door is closed. It also makes this sound when I start and shut off the car. It appears to be trying to close past its closed point, but it sounds and looks as if its having a seizure. Passengers give you a funny look and ask WTF. Also when playing DVD’s the screen randomly only displays half the picture. It also only displays half the “DVD” splash screen before playing the DVD. I’m now on day 2 of trying to get a hold of them again. The device is only a couple of months old and I’m very frustrated with it and Pyle. Don’t do it! The money saved is not worth the aggravation.

This thing is crap, 2 weeks after install, the buttons became scrambled (you push one button, it would do the action a different button is supposed to do) I can no longer change the volume on cd's without having to exit and go to the radio and use the touch screen volume adjuster. Then i can switch back to the cd. Don't buy this thing, it looks nice and i get compliments when im not pushing buttons on it, but really, its crap.
