I have own one of those KD-AHD59 and let me tell you. You'll never going to get enough of the music if you get one of those, best HD radio let you hook up with other futures too. Such as the Bluetooth. Even let you hook up amp to the subwoofers with 5.0 Volts of output. This is the greatest so far for the price.

Offers great features for the price. The ability to change the display color is fantastic! The JVC Arsenal looks like it was made for my VW. I selected a shade of blue that matches my dash illumination perfectly!

I bought this head unit about 6 months ago and have been nothing less than absolutely impressed by it. I spent a good deal of time researching and comparing different models before I finally decided on this one as well. For the money you pay, it is definitely worth it. I had sort of just decided to try out the whole HD radio thing as listening to the radio is not something I particularly enjoy doing (I usually just listen to the music on my mp3 player or CD's most of the time because I can't stand all the commercials on the radio) and wow! I must say that I am pretty impressed with the quality of the signal on the HD radio stations. Another thing I really like about this product is all of the features it has and the ability to fine-tune your music just how you like it with the 7-band equalizer. I've just recently come to appreciate the preset equalizer settings as well as they do a fine job at bringing out particular aspects of different genres of music! Overall a great buy for anyone wanting a high-quality HD radio tuner with many extras (i.e. USB port and auxiliary input on the face of the head unit and ability to change the color of the display to just about every color imaginable!) ! Would definitely recommend to a friend. In fact, I already have! I've had two of my close friends buy an incredibly similar but slightly downgraded version of this same model from JVC and they've both absolutely loved them!

i've owned Alpine and Panasonic stereos in my car before, and had friends with eclipse and fusion stereos, by far, this is the most powerful and cleanest sounding head i've head in a while. the pre-amps are awesome and the EQ settings really let you tune the sound just right. i plan on getting an extra amp for my deck speakers, but really don't need it because this unit REALLY kicks the power up, and its clean power too.
