I selected this model over others due to the built in Bluetooth. Unfortunately it greatly under performs in that regard. It is virtually impossible to use the hands free phone while the vehicle is in motion so I have to be stationary which defeats the purpose of a hand's free mobile phone.
The radio and CD player are exceptional though.

I bought this to get bluetooth audio capability with my Sony phone. Works fine with my K790a and C905a phones. I use this capability primarily for playing music off my phone.
Only shortcoming is voice quality for the caller when using it in phone mode. Sound in the car is fine, but the other end of the call usually complains of poor voice quality when the car is going more than 25-30 mphs. I usually just transfer the audio to my phone then.
Voice commands for voice calling work fine however.
Good luck.

Absolutely recommend. Sounds is strong and crisp and my BlackJack connected in minutes. Plays great sound from my smart card in the BlackJack. Given the remote and my hook-up to house battery in the RV, this will provide quality sound while I am camping without auto battery on. Great purchase at reasonable price.

Headunit installed easily with provided wiring kit and is a great improvement over what the previous stock setup.
The bluetooth features are an added plus - my Blackjack sync'd right up and calls are crisp and clear. I've been told I sound clearer via the headunit than I do on the cell phone.
I'm using the factory speakers in my Jeep Liberty, and the difference in sound quality between my old headunit and the Sony is night and day - no questions the Sony was a great choice.
I went with the BT2700 as I didn't need the iPod fancyness, but still wanted a headunit that actually had buttons for the radio stations ( as opposed to some that you change stations via dial/clicking combos ) as well as an aux jack in front to use with a Zune. The added benefit of being able to add on HD Radio and the bluetooth capabilities make this headunit well worth the money.
